We are partnering with a highly respected international law firm to recruit a

4+ PQE Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate

for their thriving London office. This is a rare opportunity to join a team with a fast-growing reputation for advising on landmark commercial developments and major infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

You will join a growing non-contentious construction group led by two standout partners:


One is a senior, highly experienced partner with a long City pedigree and extensive experience on several of London's most iconic real estate and regeneration schemes. The other joined from a recognised market leader in construction and brings deep technical expertise and strong sector insight.





The team is particularly active on

major commercial real estate developments and data centre projects

. They regularly advise blue-chip developers, international investors, global tech companies, and major funds.

The Work

You will gain exposure to a range of high-profile matters, including:


Construction aspects of major commercial and mixed-use developments Data centre projects and mission-critical infrastructure Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, and development agreements Advising on procurement strategy, risk allocation, and construction law issues across the project lifecycle Supporting large real estate, corporate, and finance transactions with construction input
