  • Lead or support on a wide range of clean energy transactions and project developments.
  • Draft and negotiate construction-related documents, including bespoke contracts and standard forms such as FIDIC and MF/1.
  • Advise on:
  • BESS/Solar Supply Agreements and EPC contracts
  • O&M and LTSA agreements
  • Component warranties
  • Project acquisitions and disposals
  • Collaborate with sector-leading partners across Bristol, Leeds, and London.
  • Engage with a high-profile client base, including world-renowned battery manufacturers and integrators operating across the UK and Europe.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, commercial, or projects law.
  • Experience in the renewables sector or a strong interest in transitioning into clean energy workstreams.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from-waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure, and/or district heating is advantageous.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a vibrant team.
