Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is willing to learn all aspects of construction. We are offering a Level 3 in Construction/ Carpentry to individuals willing to learn and work hard to develop themselves within our business. The role will provide opportunities not only to learn Carpentry but also to explore other elements of construction, working with our experienced and friendly team.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced team members in daily tasks and projects, gaining practical knowledge and skills. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical abilities and understanding of industry standards. Support the team in maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Follow instructions carefully while performing assigned duties, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Collaborate with colleagues on various projects, contributing ideas and solutions as appropriate. Document progress and report any challenges or issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Hold a full clean driving license or be able to travel to a collection location each morning. Willingness to invest in yourself e.g. purchasing hand tools and power tools. Have basic hand tools and equipment. A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills in a practical environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. A basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the workplace is advantageous. Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Pay: 65.00-90.00 per day
