Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a CSCS card and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene on construction sites, works to include, build cleans, welfare cleans and sparkle cleans. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including mew build houses, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Remove protection, Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture and fixtures. Scrape, Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients or staff. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Skills

Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Good communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively. Driving skills may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites or locations. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
