Job Summary

We are a high specification construction site cleaning company looking to recruit cleaner drivers for immediate start to work with our teams.
Have you got great attention to detail as well as excellent time keeping, flexibility and reliability. A track record in commercial cleaning with the stamina to handle demanding tasks using commercial cleaning equipment. A great knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and techniques.
Due to the nature of the business we are looking for people who can be reactive and flexible.
All training is provided including where needed CSCS, IPAF, PASMA etc.
We offer great rates of pay which increase with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Drive the team to various locations around the south of UK Carry out cleaning duties on both builders and sparkle cleans as required. Deep cleaning of floors, windows etc following refurbishment of retail properties. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Dust and wipe surfaces to remove dirt and grime. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine. Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning tasks. Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure thoroughness.

Experience

Must have a clean UK Driving Licence Previous experience in required but additional specific training will be provided. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques . Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
