Position: Contract Administrator

Location: Peterborough

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract Type: Full-time

We are a dedicated team working on behalf of the council, committed to delivering high-quality services to our community. We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



- Provide administrative support for council projects and initiatives.

- Maintain and organise records, documents, and databases.

- Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence.

- Manage engineers schedules

- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with council policies and procedures.

Experience



- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a public sector environment.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

-Excellent planning and scheduling skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
