to join Eat Work Art. This role will be supporting our Development & Improvements projects, playing a key role in coordinating site activities, contractors and project administration. This role suits someone with an interest in construction who enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and keeping projects running smoothly. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds - formal construction experience isn't essential, as this is a project coordination role rather than a hands-on trade position.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support delivery of site improvement and development projects.
Manage and prioritise direction received from both the Senior Architect and the Lead Multi-Trader, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with project priorities.
Arrange and brief contractors, ensuring clear communication of scope and expectations.
Prepare for and attend site visits: ensure documentation, drawings, RFIs (requests for information), and site meeting agendas are prepared and circulated in advance.
Obtain and review quotes, support tender process, compare contractor proposals.
Share information and drawings with contractors and stakeholders; relay contractor queries to internal teams.
Monitor site progress to ensure works are aligned with project plans.
Provide regular site reports highlighting progress, risks and opportunities.
Flag information gaps or discrepancies as works progress.
Act as principal point of contact for contractors and site-related queries.
Ad hoc assistance the maintenance team by relaying contractor queries, arranging access and supporting preparation for planned works.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a coordinator or support role, ideally within a project-driven or physical environment
Demonstrated interest or experience in the construction industry
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Drivers License (desirable)
