The Role



We are seeking an experienced

Construction Director

to join our team.

A strategic leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, financial targets, and quality standards.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities



Project Oversight:

Plan, coordinate, and direct all phases of construction projects (industrial, commercial, residential) from conception to completion.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, authorize expenditures, and ensure profitability.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, manage, and motivate project teams, including site managers, staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

Risk & Quality Management:

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and uphold quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as a key liaison, providing regular progress reports, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, executives, and external partners.

Procurement & Contracts:

Oversee the procurement of materials/equipment and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding of construction methods, regulations, and project management principles.

Proven track record in managing complex projects, budgets, and teams.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications often preferred.

Must be legally entitled to work in the UK and/or EU and be fluent in English.
