We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Construction Disputes team in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice consistently recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for its expertise in handling complex, high-value disputes across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
The team acts for a wide range of clients including developers, contractors, consultants, funders, and government bodies. Their work spans international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, and alternative dispute resolution, with mandates covering major energy, infrastructure, and real estate projects across multiple jurisdictions. Prior experience across all of these areas is not required.
This position is ideally suited to a junior associate with some experience in construction, disputes, or broader commercial litigation, who is eager to specialise and develop their career within a market-leading practice.

The Firm

The Construction Disputes practice is a core pillar of the London office and offers associates exposure to some of the most significant projects and disputes in the market. With its international platform, the firm provides junior lawyers with the opportunity to gain cross-border experience and a clear pathway for progression.
Salary - 140k-160k depending on level and experience, plus a competitive bonus.
