The Job Mission:
This is a
site-based role (five days a week)
at one of the worlds largest and most advanced nuclear construction projects. You'll play a key part in mechanical construction assurance -- supporting the safe, high-quality delivery of critical systems that will power millions of homes.
Monitor and verify mechanical construction activities across assigned systems
Identify, report, and support resolution of non-conformances or deviations
Collaborate with quality and construction teams to maintain site standards
Record inspections, track documentation, and verify completion before handover
Assist with coordination between mechanical, piping, and civil interfaces during construction
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent qualification in
Mechanical or Construction Engineering
Understanding of
mechanical installation scopes
such as pipework, supports, or equipment
? Awareness of
CDM Regulations
and how they apply to construction environments
Ability to interpret
isometric drawings or layout plans
to verify installation accuracy
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting large mechanical or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with
quality standards
such as ISO 9001 or FME controls
Awareness of
piping and equipment interfaces
, alignment, or test preparation
