We are a growing construction company looking for a
newly qualified Construction Estimator & Office Administrator
who is ready to kick start their career. This is a dual role, ideal for someone who enjoys both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential construction projects and opportunities.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and tender submissions.
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to gather project details.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and project documentation.
Handle general administrative duties such as emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
Support management with project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Recently qualified in construction, quantity surveying, estimating, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude,negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
