At MV Kelly, our Construction Graduates play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects from the ground up. This is more than just a graduate job--it's the opportunity to join a business that's invested in your growth and to launch a long-term career in construction management.

Construction Graduate Role

As a Construction Graduate, you'll be at the heart of our production team, learning how to manage projects, coordinate site teams, and deliver results on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With training, mentoring, and support, you'll take on responsibilities that grow as you do.

With training and support, your key responsibilities will include:

Project Management & Compliance

Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand and resolve construction challenges. Ensure projects are delivered to agreed client time frames

Reporting and Site Coordination

Attend site meetings and maintain accurate records. Prepare and update monthly progress reports. Support the Construction Director in developing site programmes of works. Manage site logistics including traffic control, orders, and deliveries
This role is designed to give you a full grounding in contracts management, with a clear progression path and the opportunity to take ownership of major projects as you develop.
