Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in their subject area, particularly in construction. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students develop essential skills. The Instructor will be responsible for ensuring that all students achieve their learning objectives while maintaining high standards of education.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and student needs. Teach English and brick laying concepts effectively, employing various teaching methods to engage students. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning journey. Maintain an organised classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and any concerns. Utilise IT tools and resources to enhance the learning experience and streamline administrative tasks. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in Bricklaying or related fields. Strong command of English language skills, both written and verbal. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with students. Strong organisational skills to manage lesson planning, student assessments, and classroom activities efficiently. Familiarity with IT tools relevant to education is highly desirable.
