We're looking for an experienced LABOURER to join our team in Barrow..
We specialise in the conversion of residential terraced housing into HMOs and have a number of projects under construction - with more in the pipeline.
The work is mainly in the LA14 area, but you'll need to be able to move between different projects at various stages of conversion.
You'll be responsible for keeping the sites clean and tidy, removing wallpaper at the start of the project and any other duties to support the team on-site.
We're looking for someone who can fit in easily into an already established team, who's flexible in their attitude and able to communicate well with multiple trades; as well as being reliable to work unsupervised. Punctuality and reliability are key.
Following a successful trial period, this is a full time permanent position.
We work Mon to Fri, 8am - 4pm, with 30 minutes for lunch - overtime/weekend work available when needed.
