We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organising tools Supporting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in their tasks Moving materials around the site using manual handling equipment or by hand Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Reporting any safety hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not essential Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the day Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction environment A valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to travel between sites is essential
