The Opportunity: Construction Labourer/Driver

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Permanent (Self-Employed position paid through the CIS Scheme)

Location:

Solihull and the surrounding area.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

What You'll Be Doing

This role is vital to the smooth running of our projects, combining essential logistical support with site assistance on our high-quality residential builds (extensions, loft, and garage conversions).

Logistics & Driving:

Collecting materials promptly from merchants and our yard, and safely transporting them to various project sites in our single cab dropside van.

Site Management:

Maintaining impeccably clean, tidy, and organised work sites, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and returned to the yard efficiently.

Project Assistance:

Working alongside our skilled team members to assist with general labouring tasks and actively progress projects on site.

Customer Service:

Delivering outstanding service and communicating effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and suppliers at all times.

What We're Looking For (Essential Requirements)

We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

Experience:

A minimum of

2 years

of proven construction labouring experience.

Driving:

Must hold a full, valid UK Driving Licence.

Age Requirement:

Due to insurance requirements for our commercial vehicle, candidates

must be a minimum of 25 years old

.

Mindset:

A proactive, self-motivated approach and an unwavering commitment to high-quality workmanship.

What We Offer You

Competitive Daily Rate:

Negotiable wage, ranging from

100 to 120 per day

, depending on your age, specific experience, and skillset.
