Job Description

We're an in house construction team based in Surbiton, Surrey. All of our work is local to the KT postcode and this role would best suit someone who lives locally.

A large aspect of this role is driving, and therefore any applicant should have a clean driving license and be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.

Although there is driving involved in this role, there are also manual activities, therefore anyone applying for this role should be physically fit and ready for work.

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks;

. Installing protective coverings within properties ahead of strip outs & demolition

. Stripping out properties ready for building work to commence

. Driving between building sites to collect waste

. Collecting and delivering materials between building sites

. Transporting waste to waste transfer stations

. Liaising with management regarding maintenance and upkeep of work vehicle

. Assisting management with task such as transporting staff between jobs, dropping vans for MOT's and maintenance etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-31,200.00 per year
