We are looking for a Network Construction Lead Operative to join our team and be responsible for managing significant, large scale construction activity across multiple sites.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As our new Network Construction Lead Operative, you'll be responsible for successfully completing the Main renewal scheme activity as allocated on a particular site. While ensuring our customers safely receive a constant supply of good quality drinking water.
You'll be the senior member of the Construction team on site and will coordinate the activities of colleagues, providing support and guidance as required. You'll also be responsible for risk assessing and delivering DMA Main Renewal schemes in accordance with the relevant SSOW and SOPS.
Additionally, you'll ensure that all DMA renewal schemes are delivered to ST high quality standards whilst adhering to company ODI targets. The role holder will also oversee and support contractors and other external stakeholders on site.
This role requires a 42-hour work week, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 4:30 PM, with a half-hour early finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays.
