A well established global insurance business
THE ROLE
We have an exciting new role for a Solicitor c 3 + PQE to join a well established in house team
You will ideally have a construction litigation background with experience of defending claims against construction professionals.
You will be responsible for handling professional indemnity claims against construction professionals, providing advice on liability, managing claims from start to finish
As a team member, you will be expected to work alongside external advisers, participating in mediations and hearings
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting in house opportunity, you will have previous relevant experience gained from working in a law firm or in house.
You will relevant professional indemnity experience ideally 50% of your time will be spent handling architects or surveyors claims
