Job Description
Construction litigation solicitor is sought to join the Leeds office of a national firm. Work will include adjudications, arbitrations, expert determinations, mediations, and High Court disputes. Ideally you will have some experience in contractual interpretation, delay and disruption, professional negligence, defects, damages, payment, variations, and termination. Disputes avoidance management is key. You will be acting for governments, public bodies, multinational and major national corporations and international contractors, the matters we deal with are often leading edge and highly significant. Impressive team offering strong career prospects and consistently high calibre instructions. Candidates from 0-3 years are of most interest.
