WORK BASED ASSESSOR (CONSTRUCTION)

JBM is delighted to be recruiting an occupationally competent Assessor to our experienced and committed Assessment team. This post involves assessing learners in construction to national occupational standards. Learning and Development experience is preferred, but not essential as full training in assessment methodologies will be given. Due to the nature of courses to be delivered JBM can be flexible with previous experience and specialisms.

Job purpose:

To ensure learners are given a quality developmental experience in undertaking work based learning. JBM is committed to lifelong learning in Scotland and prides itself on providing equal and fair access to development.

Responsibilities

Ensure good working relationships with learners and client organisations Provide exemplary customer service and support Develop learning material required to assist learner progress tailored to their needs Undertake standardisation activities Successfully complete funding administration which is meaningful and compliant Provide weekly updates on learner progress Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team KPIs To follow policies and procedures that are in place to support the quality assurance process

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
