We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a strong Civils Background to oversee and manage construction projects from start to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes within a Civils Scheme.
Duties
Lead and manage construction project, ensuring your sites work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, working closely with our Planner and SLT Team.
Monitor progress on-site and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before commencing work.
Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, fostering a culture of safety and collaboration - motivating the team to drive performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry -
must be within the Civils sector
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields would be advantageous.

300.00 - 350.00 per date - experience dependent
