The Construction Manager is a key role in our Regeneration and Sustainability Directorate, responsible for overseeing the professional development of a wide range of new build and refurbishment housing projects, from briefing to in-use, to provide more great homes for our Clients.
The Construction Manager is responsible for the successful outcome of allocated projects to our stringent and ever-improving time, cost and quality parameters. To do so, the Construction Manager must oversee the professional team responsible for project development and pro-actively manage the team, data, commercial viability, risks and issues to deliver excellent homes in partnership with our supply chain partners.
