Job Summary

As a Construction Manager at Crown Builders UK Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams, liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Planning, organising, and coordinating construction projects to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements. Managing and supervising on-site operations, including subcontractors, labour, and materials. Overseeing procurement and ensuring that all materials and equipment meet project specifications and quality standards. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery. Monitoring project progress, preparing regular status reports, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and approving variations where necessary. Conducting quality assurance checks and ensuring completed works meet company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in managing commercial or residential construction projects. Strong understanding of construction techniques, building regulations, and project management principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: 44,800.00 per year
