We need an exceptional Operations Manager to come and join our team and help us grow for the future. If you are self-reliant, focused, ambitious, friendly and have high standards we want to talk with you!
You will be accountable for ensuring all UK projects are completed on time and within budget. Working alongside the head of finance and head of sales to ensure that all projects remain on track and that our reputation continues to grow.. We work alongside some household names in the UK and standards must always remain high.
This role has outstanding prospects for the right candidate willing to support and execute on our long term growth strategy.
To be considered for this role you will need to have: -
10 years experience on a similar project management role
Ability to be resourceful
Able ti build strong client relationships
Strong experience in leadership of teams of employees
Target driven
Experience with project management software
Computer literate
This role will require UK nationwide travel and overnight stays away from home. Our clients are nationwide and range from independent hotels to high end international chains and brands.

Salary is 65,000 per annum plus bonuses and company vehicle.
