At L.M Homeworks Ltd we have an exciting opportunity to join our team. As our commercial customers grow we require new contractors to join us.

Construction Operative will be required to:

-

To prepare building sites and carry out the manual work required to complete the project.

-When working further afield on geotechnical support sites, roles may include hand digging areas as well as ensuring sites are safe.

-Operatives will be responsible for following all health and safety procedures for both domestic and commercial work.

Requirements

- Landscaping and general construction site experience.

-Must Hold CSCS card

-Must be reliable and hard working.

-Very good communication skills.

-Must be willing to work further afield i.e London, Norfolk

-Be willing to have some early starts.

Ideal requirements:

-Holds full driving licence

-Ability to operate mini digger and dumper

Offer

- Full time position.

-Overtime if wanted

-Immediate start for the right candidate.

Salary: 25,000.00-30,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
