Labourer / Installer - Shrink Wrap & Weather Protection (Full Training Provided)

We're a growing business specialising in high-quality shrink wrap installation and temporary weather protection. Our projects vary in size and location across the South Coast and occasionally nationwide. While much of your time will be spent on-site installations, we also smooth out quieter periods with a guaranteed minimum-hours contract - giving you stability year-round.

The Role

As part of a small, hands-on team, you'll be involved in:

On-site shrink wrap installations Workshop organisation & kit prep Equipment checks & maintenance Supporting site logistics
No two weeks are ever the same - this role is perfect for someone practical, reliable, and who enjoys varied work.

Pay & Hours

14.00 per hour

Guaranteed minimum [25 / 32] hours per week

(averaged each month) Paid consistently, whether projects are busy or quiet Overtime often available on longer jobs
(25 hrs = ~18,200/yr minimum. 32 hrs = ~23,400/yr minimum. Both rise when overtime/extra hours are worked.)

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction, site work, or similar roles preferred (but not essential) Comfortable with physical work and working at height when required Positive, problem-solving mindset - willing to muck in across the business UK driving licence - Essential
