Construction Operative (Documentation Specialist)

We're seeking a full-time Construction Operative to join our rapidly growing Midlands team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your official role will be as a Constructive Operative where you will photograph, scan or otherwise capture reality on construction projects in Midlands and surrounding areas.

When construction projects reach key milestones, Multivista customers need a comprehensive visual record of what is happening on site. You will be helping capture those important construction moments using Multivista's industry leading tools for construction visual documentation.

You'll be on the move and visiting lots of different places and working on all kinds of buildings and projects, primarily in Midlands/Birmingham area.

This work will require some basic computer skills to link your on-site work to construction drawings via the online Multivista Documentation Software.

You'll undertake a comprehensive initial training programme, and we'll always be there to support you. You'll also undertake regular training 'top-ups' to ensure you're upskilled, comfortable and ready for any challenge.

Potential to Progress:

3D Laserscanning (using our sister company Leica Geosystems' cutting-edge hardware), AI Capture UAV (drone) reality capture of construction projects

Required to have

Drivers license and own a vehicle

Qualities you should have

Flexible and reliable Great communication skills Strong work ethic Ability to work independently/collaboratively

Ideally, but not essential, you will have..

Construction based qualifications (e.g. CSCS card - willing to obtain) Construction experience/knowledge will be an advantage

Salary: ranging from 26,000.00 - 30,000.00 Transportation cost covered Monthly OKR bonuses - OTE - 2,000/year Paid overtime Company pension / Company socials Continuing professional development. You'll be well supported and continually up-skilled.
