Key Responsibilities
Planning works and producing clear, practical programmes for projects
Coordinating material and plant requirements in line with site schedules
Ordering materials, plant and services for multiple sites
Obtaining prices from suppliers and securing best value
Ensuring materials are delivered on time and in the correct sequence
Liaising with site managers, suppliers and subcontractors
Monitoring orders, costs and delivery dates
Identifying and flagging potential delays or issues early
About You
Previous experience in construction buying, planning or site coordination
Good working knowledge of building materials and site operations
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Confident dealing with builders' merchants and suppliers
Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
Competent with emails, spreadsheets and basic planning tools
Must have own vehicle and be able to drive
Hours & Location
Part-time role with flexible hours
Mix of office, site and remote working
Opportunity to increase hours as workload grows
