Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Construction Planner to join a progressive main contractor based in Central London.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Our client works on a wide variety of construction projects typically up to 40m in value.

This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate various aspects of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.

Duties

Develop construction programmes for multiple projects in liaison with Project/Construction Managers. Use ASTA Powerproject to build and update project schedule. Attend Client meetings along with the site team and demonstrate presentation skills (including visual presentation) to inform the Client's team of methodology and logistics.

Skills

Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Proficiency in ASTA Powerproject Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess project data and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail.
