is looking for a talentedConstruction Planner / Planning Manager
to strengthen its planning function. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape programmes fromtender stage through to delivery
, ensuring projects are sequenced efficiently, risks are managed effectively, and client expectations are met.What You'll Do
Develop and manage
tender and contract programmes
aligned with project goals. Sequence works to reflect the most efficient and cost-effective delivery plan. Create detailedconstruction schedules
using ASTA Powerproject, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project. Monitor and report onprogress, productivity, and performance
across live projects. Collaborate with Project Managers to analyse thecritical path, float, risks, and opportunities
. Contribute totender submissions
, including preliminaries pricing, temporary works planning, and methodology statements. Preparesite logistics strategies
and technical write-ups to support project bids and execution.What We're Looking For
A recognised qualification in
Construction, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
. Provenpost-qualification experience
within commercial construction or civil engineering projects. Strong working knowledge ofplanning software
(ASTA Powerproject, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). At least3 years' planning experience
with the ability to manage complex schedules. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Why Apply?
