Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Fitter to join our team at D Morgan.

Founded in 1950, D Morgan is a family-owned Civil Engineering Company running an extensive modern plant fleet consisting of hydraulic excavators, dozers, dump trucks and other heavy plant machinery by Komatsu, Volvo, JCB Bomag etc.

This full time, permanent position combines the maintenance and servicing of the D Morgan fleet based at our Hooton Depot in Cheshire and regular mobile fitting duties using a Company supplied vehicle.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance and fitting duties on a wide range of Plant Machinery Maintaining equipment to industry and safety standards Carry out mechanical repairs and servicing as required Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic faults An organised and methodical approach Keeping accurate records as directed Flexible working hours including weekends as required Integrating with the D Morgan team and outside contract fitting staff Complying fully with Company Health & Safety procedures Previous field-based plant fitter experience with NVQ level 2/3 qualification in Plant, HGV or Agricultural machinery Full UK Driving Licence CSCS/CPCS card is an advantage The ability to work nationwide may be required occasionally.

Pay: 49,000.00-55,000.00 per year
