About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects from start to finish. The role involves managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion
Supervise site activities and ensure work meets design, safety, and quality standards
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Prepare progress reports and handle any issues or delays efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction project management (minimum 3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Valid UK driving licence
We will also consider applications from Junior Project Managers with relevant experience who are looking to progress their careers.

Pay: 31,887.46-62,081.16 per year
