Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager, to lead and oversee various projects within our company. The ideal candidate will have a current/previous background in construction, possess a strong background in project management methodologises and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role involves managing project timelines, resources and budgets while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The Project Manager will be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment and driving project success from initiation through to completion.

Responsibilites:
- To over see multiple projects, new builds/extensions/refurbishments.
- Manage labour and sub-contractors.
- Ensure that we are working to the architects.
- Order materials through company buyer.
- Ensure health and safety is being actioned onsite.
- Keeping site records/variations/new instructions.
- Mainly site based with the opportunity to complete paperwork at our Head Office.
- MUST have a previous/current background in construction~
- Company vehicle supplied and salary circa 45k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00 per year
