Project Manager - HMO Developments
Location: North West (Crewe/Greater Manchester)
Contract: Temporary with potential full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Northpoint is a property investment and management company specialising in high-end HMO conversions. With 11 projects underway, we need an experienced Project Manager to deliver a full HMO development from start to finish.
Role
Manage end-to-end HMO conversion, from planning to handover Oversee timelines, budgets, trades, and compliance Coordinate architects, engineers, and local authorities Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements
Proven experience in property refurbishments or HMO conversions Strong knowledge of building regs and HMO compliance Ability to manage teams and deliver projects on time and budget Full UK driving licence
