Due to successful growth within the business. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. These projects are predominantly around commercial re-rendering and glazing work, therefore you must have the relevant experience experience within these areas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction initiatives, utilise advanced project management tools, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with safety protocols.
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies for stakeholders.
Manage procurement processes and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Skills
Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
