Client is a property development consultancy that advises and delivers complex development projects from inception through to completion. We work across new builds, refurbishments, and redevelopments -- including commercial offices, mixed-use schemes, hotels, residential, cultural and public buildings -- with project values typically ranging from 5M to 100M+.Our projects are primarily based in Central London, with additional work across the UK (Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester) and mainland Europe (Barcelona and Paris).

Role Summary



We are seeking an

enthusiastic and ambitious Project Executive / Project Manager

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage all stages of the development lifecycle -- from client briefing and design through to construction and handover.You will lead design and construction teams on a variety of projects and work closely with senior management, with the opportunity to mentor junior team members and shape the company's growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Inception



Support technical due diligence and feasibility studies. Prepare development briefs and strategic development programmes. Appoint and coordinate design and consultant teams.

Design & Planning



Lead feasibility and concept design reviews. Develop planning strategies and oversee submissions. Manage design development to ensure buildability and project viability.

Procurement



Define and implement procurement strategies. Oversee prequalification, tendering, and contract negotiations. Coordinate consultant and contractor appointments.

Construction Delivery



Manage contractors and design teams through construction. Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme performance. Coordinate with tenants and stakeholders during fit-out and handover.

Corporate Contribution



Participate in internal reviews, corporate initiatives, and research. Contribute to team and business development activities.

Candidate Profile



Degree in

Property, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline

. Several years' experience in

property development, construction management, or design consultancy

. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

; familiarity with

Asta Powerproject

desirable. Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally to Europe.
Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 37,707.05-49,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
