We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in construction management.
Duties
Develop project programmes, budget tracking, and procurement of contractors
Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progression.
Utilise architect drawings and M&E services plans
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage procurement processes and oversee contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across multiple projects.
