We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and client specifications. Responsibilities



Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera P6 to ensure timely delivery of construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Monitor progress on-site and at the office, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet project milestones. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality standards and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies for stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines through effective time management.

Essential Requirements and Experience



University graduate in Project Management or a related field

(e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Accounting, Human Resources). Proven 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role within the construction and built industry. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management. Skilled in civil engineering design and site development tasks. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 36,480.00-42,240.00 per year
