Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional time management abilities, and proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Civil 3D. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalise construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge client requirements with company goals. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for construction activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Civil 3D is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations. Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
