Senior Associate | Construction | 4+ PQE | Nottingham Are you a driven construction lawyer ready to take the next step in your career? A prominent national firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to its leading Construction team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside respected Partners on high-value and complex matters, with a clear pathway to progression. The Role This is a key role within a busy and high-performing construction team that handles a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work. You'll have the chance to work on a wide variety of matters including development and infrastructure projects, acting for an impressive roster of clients including developers, funders, contractors, public sector bodies and consultants. What You'll Be Doing Advising on JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts, professional appointments, warranties and related documents Assisting clients with dispute avoidance and resolution including adjudications, mediations and court proceedings Taking ownership of matters with appropriate support while developing junior colleagues Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development What You'll Need 4+ years' PQE with solid experience in construction law (contentious, non-contentious or both) A confident, proactive and commercial approach to client service A genuine interest in growing your profile within a leading team Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills Why Join?
