Overview

We are seeking a proactive Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background cleaning on construction sites and show strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. You should have a clean driving licence as the role will include driving the team to various sites. You should be prepared for a variety of hours including nights over a 7 day rota so flexibility within your working hours is a must.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of cleaners, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to maintain quality control. Provide training and support to team members Coordinate schedules and allocate tasks based on priorities and client needs. Maintain open communication with clients to address any concerns or special requests. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked. Promote health and safety standards within the team, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Experience

Proven experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is required A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
