Leda Associates are recruiting on behalf of a respected regional contractor who require an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee the refurbishment of an
occupied care home
in Aylesbury.
This role requires a calm, organised and highly professional Site Manager with strong experience working in
live, sensitive environments
and managing refurbishment works around vulnerable residents and care staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily site operations on an occupied care home refurbishment
Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, respectfully and to programme
Maintain strict health & safety compliance, particularly within a live environment
Coordinate closely with care home management to minimise disruption
Ensure safeguarding protocols and infection control measures are followed
Lead site inductions, toolbox talks and maintain accurate site documentation
Monitor progress, quality control, snagging and handover procedures
Proactively resolve issues to keep the project running efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience managing refurbishments in
care homes, healthcare, or other occupied/live sites
(essential)
Strong understanding of H&S, safeguarding and working around vulnerable residents
Valid
SMSTS
,
First Aid
, and CSCS card
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents and staff
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tight programmes
Professional, respectful and confident in sensitive working environments
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 280.00 per day
