We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live construction project in Glasgow. The Site Manager will oversee multiple workstreams including kitchen refits, electrical works, window and door replacements, and balcony works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality standards, and in full compliance with CDM Regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage all on-site activities from start to completion of the project
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour across all trades
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme
Maintain site organisation, logistics, and housekeeping
Act as the Principal Contractor's Site Representative under CDM Regulations
Implement and maintain the Construction Phase Plan
Ensure all RAMS are reviewed, approved, and followed on site
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections
Manage incident reporting and corrective actions
Take ownership of the construction programme and short-term lookaheads
Coordinate sequencing of works to minimise disruption and delays

IT Skills
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word for reports, method statements, and site documentation
Proficient inMicrosoft Excel for tracking progress, quality checks, labour, and basic cost or programme data
Confident using email, digital filing systems, and mobile devices for day-to-day site communication and reporting

Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year
