Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in supervising teams effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing resources, and maintaining safety protocols while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage and supervise site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure effective teamwork. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project progress against timelines using Primavera P6, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure alignment on project goals. Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budget adherence, and resource allocation. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction sites. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred but not essential.
