Due to an increase in workload and to maintain our high standards of service, we are expanding our site management team. Each team member plays a crucial role in this success, and we need your help as a
Site Manager
to continue delivering exceptional results.
New Project locations:
Oxford
Milton Keynes
Bury St Edmonds
Your Role:
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll be at the centre of our site operations, ensuring our Projects are managed safely, efficiently and proactively. From managing the workforce and planning the works to maintaining daily and weekly site records, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Groundwork's / Civils experience essential
Experience coordinating and supervising construction workers / gangs
Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget
Adherence to Health & Safety regulations
Able to document & communicate progress
Problem solving
Basic IT Skills to produce site records
What you'll need for your the role:
SMSTS
CSCS - Black or Gold card
First Aid
Temporary Works Coordinator
Use of Procore Construction software would be advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
