Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager in the Water Industry to oversee operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications. Updating the program with the site planner to aid in project scheduling and resource management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Prepare reports detailing project progress, challenges, and solutions. Implement best practices for resource allocation and site management to optimise efficiency. Produce and update RAMs

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the water industry and large diameter pipework. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges.
