We are looking for a hands on, enthusiastic and proactive Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager with day to day duties on a live project based in Park Royal, London, to ensure the project is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Job Role:

Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations from planning through to completion, ensuring all construction works are carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Planning & Documentation



Update the Construction Phase Plan monthly. Revise the Fire Risk Assessment in line with changing site conditions. Maintain the Temporary Works Register & Policy and ensure its alignment with project needs. Review and update the Project Risk Assessment.

Access Equipment Inspections (Weekly)



Inspect all access equipment before use. Verify that ladder and scaffold tags are in place and current. Collect and archive inspection documents from contractors.

Contractor Management



Request, review, and upload RAMS from all contractors to Inndex. Deliver site inductions for new contractors, covering H&S protocols and emergency procedures. Monitor daily sign-in of all contractors. Ensure proper issue and sign-off of work permits (hot works, confined spaces, etc.).

Health & Safety Leadership



Lead daily site briefings and weekly toolbox talks for all contractors. Conduct fire drills every 3 months and record them on Inndex. Monitor and enforce PPE compliance for all personnel. Identify and report any safety incidents, near misses, or violations.

Drawing & Quality Control



Confirm all onsite and cabin-displayed drawings are the most current. Monitor construction work for quality issues and report findings to senior management. Maintain quality and compliance records for audit readiness

Competencies:



Strong communicator, able to liaise confidently with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams. Demonstrated leadership and ability to promote a strong safety culture onsite. Highly organised with effective time management and prioritisation under pressure. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, issuing clear instructions, and troubleshooting problems. Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and health & safety legislation. Attention to detail in both build quality and compliance monitoring. Ability to manage multiple contractors and resolve onsite issues swiftly and safely. Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and responding to feedback or audit findings
The role is a fixed term contract for the length of 8 months, with the chance to become a permanent role providing the candidate is successfully able to complete the project and has the willingness to take on a further project, wherever it may be throughout the UK.

8-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to become permanent.



Initial project based in Park Royal, NW10.



On-site, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 60-minute unpaid lunch break.



45,000 - 55,000 per annum.
