Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Renovation Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from quotation to completion. In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage staff and subcontractors, and uphold project schedules and budgets.

Your expertise in site management, project scheduling, and quality control will drive the successful delivery of our projects.

Duties

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Coordinate with staff, managers, subcontractors, and customers to facilitate smooth workflow and communication Monitor project schedules using construction management software to meet deadlines Oversee quality control procedures by inspecting work against plans and technical drawings. Manage site safety Review contracts, change orders, and construction estimates to maintain budget. Be able to write and keep a daily diary/record sheets.

Experience

Proven experience supervising renovation sites. Demonstrated ability to read plans and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with construction quotations. Hands-on experience with construction site safety. Supervising experience managing teams effectively.

Pay: 18.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
