Our Future Skills Team is looking for a dynamic, people-focused individual to lead the recruitment of learners onto a multitude of courses to enable them to build a career in the construction sector. You'll be responsible for:
Recruiting learners onto courses using targeted campaigns
Inspiring young people via school engagement and promoting the diverse range of careers available in Construction
Championing construction as a great career pathway for adult learners
Building lasting partnerships with employers and industry leaders
Representing Exeter College at events and delivering high-impact promotional activity
Supporting the integration of sustainability and green skills into all you do
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Excel at communication and relationship-building
Are confident, proactive, and highly organised
Enjoy engaging with a wide range of people
Have experience in recruitment, sales or outreach
Are driven to meet targets
